Bar Codes: End of Document Setup
Overview
This page examines how to configure and use bar codes for end of
document recognition.
How to Configure
- Start Image-Master, select the desired database, and select
[Scanning Module].
- From the main scanning screen, select [Image Control],
[Advanced Scanner Features].
- Select [End of Document Setup].
- Place a checkmark in the All bar codes on the first page
option.
How to Use
- Ensure that all filing bar codes appear on the first page and
that non-participating bar codes that might be recognized while
scanning are partially obscured.
- From the main scanning screen, select [Scan].
- Place any combination of documents into the document feeder,
properly coded as required in step (1).
- Place a checkmark in the Fully Automated Scanning
option.
- Press [OK] to start the scanning process.
