Flexible Layout Bulk Document ExporterFlexible Layout is a Class I exporter. As the name implies, this Class I exporter can be customized by the user to generate document filenames consisting of any structure in either TIF or PDF format.
2. Perform an appropriate query and then tag the desired documents from the Search Results list. NOTE: If no documents are tagged, an Export Error message will appear.
3. Click on the [Export] button to access the list of Class 1 Exporters. 4. Click on the [Flexible Layout] button.
Define File Name Expression: Click to open the expression builder to edit the function that will evaluate to the desired image filename. Expressions are complex, not typically obvious, and very powerful, so please contact technical support for instructions on forming expressions to meet your exact needs (Default returns the first defined field [topmost in the data entry screen] data as the filename). Select Output Folder: Click to change the output folder that will contain the exported documents (Default is the Export folder inside the Image-Master network folder). Output Document File Format: Choose from TIF or PDF (Default is PDF). Output: Tagged documents are each exported to individual files named by the evaluated File Name Expression. Duplicate documents are automatically suffixed by a _# incremental tie break value (_1, _2,etc..) only if required. FoxPro Expression BuilderVisual FoxPro expressions combine data and operators to create a value with a specific data type. 5. Click the [OK] button.
