You’ve Got Documents Bulk Document Exporter

You’ve Got Documents is a Class I exporter.

  1. To access this exporter, click on the [Viewing Module] button.

2.  Perform an appropriate query and then tag the desired documents from the Search Results list.

NOTE: If no documents are tagged, an Export Error message will appear.

3.  Click on the [Export] button to access the list of Class 1 Exporters.

4.  Click on the [You've Got Documents] button.

  • The Export dialog box opens.

YGD Sender Firm ID: Fill in the appropriate firm ID so that YGD knows how to route the documents (Default is blank, unknown).

YGD Recipient Firm ID: Fill in the appropriate firm ID so that YGD knows how to route the documents (Default is blank, unknown).

Select Output Zip File: Fill in the name of the YGD packaged ZIP file to contain the formatted images and the manifest file (Default is YGD-yyyymmdd-tttttttt.ZIP, where yyyymmdd is the date of export and tttttttt is a timestamp to ensure file/export run uniqueness).

Processing File #: Displays file number of the document being processed.

Output File Structure: One multi-page TIFF image created per corresponding Image-Master document.

Name for each image: fileno_cmt_timestamp.TIF where FILENO, and CMT are the internal Image-Master data fields (hard coded).

One MANIFEST.TXT file created for the whole export set with a CSV (comma separated string quoted layout). Each record contains the following columns: YGD Recipient ID, YGD Sender ID, Sender File #, Original Creditor File # (Collection-Master Forwarder File #), Document Description, Document Date, Image Filename. CSV all quoted fields.

  • The packager option to create a Zip file is optional.

5. Click the [Export Doc] button.
