Weekend/Holiday Emergency Support

Weekend/holiday Emergency Support hours and incident charges have remained unchanged. Weekend emergency support is available on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST) at a charge of $295.00 per incident. If you leave a message, be sure to include a contact name and phone number. A member of our support staff will return your call within 30 minutes.
