When the reply from Todd is printed to the Image-Master printer object, a copy of the email will be placed in Image-Master under File #012287.

Result of printing the reply message using Outlook Express:

File Number and Document Description automatically were filled in from the email. A printed representation of the email was filed in Image-Master. The filing string does not appear in the filed copy. (See next graphic.)
