Security Access Control

Image-Master maintains a shared database that contains records of all user accounts, passwords, and access rights. Image-Master users are required to identify themselves to the software prior to performing any tasks. The Security Access Control Module allows system administrators to specify who has access to the software and what functions they can perform.

NOTE: Only users with the administrative rights to assign rights have access to this feature. All other users will see the [Security Access Control] button as ghosted/grayed out. In the following screenshot, the [Database Configuration] button is grayed out.

You can access this feature by clicking on the [Security Access Control] button.

• In the Image-Master Access Control panel, you can add or delete users. You can also assign a variety of access rights for each individual on the Account List.
