Weekend/Holiday Emergency Support

If you have an emergency and need to contact Vertican Client Services on a weekend or holiday, call or text: 973-303-7464. You also have the option to email (in plain text format) your support requirements to: 9733037464@vtext.com

Weekend/holiday Emergency Support hours and incident charges have remained unchanged. Weekend emergency support is available on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST) at a charge of $295.00 per incident if you are on a Support and Enhancement Agreement, if not it's $495.00. If you leave a message, be sure to include a contact name and phone number. A member of our Client Services staff will return your call within 30 minutes.

When you call Vertican Client Services, please be prepared to answer any diagnostic questions that the Client Services representative may ask. If you encountered a specific error code or message, please make note of it.
