Barcodes: End of Document Setup

This page examines how to configure and use barcodes for end of document recognition.

Start vMedia, select the desired database, and select [Scanning Module].
From the main scanning screen, select [Image Control], [Advanced Scanner Features].
Select [End of Document Setup].
Place a checkmark in the All barcodes on the first page option.

Ensure that all filing barcodes appear on the first page and that non-participating barcodes that might be recognized while scanning are partially obscured.
From the main scanning screen, select [Scan].
Place any combination of documents into the document feeder, properly coded as required in step (1).
Place a checkmark in the Fully Automated Scanning option.
Press [OK] to start the scanning process.
